In order to celebrate Bastille Day and raise money to refurbish the school hall, Up Holland High School pupils have taken on the challenge of completing the distance of the Tour de France – 2,200 miles. Pupils and Staff will be clocking up the miles all week in PE lessons and during lunchtimes leading up to the grand finale on Friday where the whole school will participate throughout the day on the school field. Pupils will all wear T shirts in Blue, White and Red and the event will finish with the pupils making a giant tricolore flag outside. Please see the school’s website for further information.
