Mis-sold, bullied, threatened, lied to, and many have lost everything through no fault of their own.

The only way to fight back and to get redress is via the Courts.

Park Owners have very deep pockets though, full of money, 'investors’ money in many cases, so sadly for most, the only answer is to walk away with…. nothing.

We do however have those few, who are prepared to stand up and pursue their fight for justice and we want to help those people as much as we can, as they will hopefully set the precedence for so many more.

While we cannot hope to fund the Court process, we do want to assist in some of the pre-Court costings leading up to their trials, such as injunction costs etc.

Setting up a ‘Legal Fund’ will help us to help the many, and if you are caught up in the ‘Great British Holiday Park’ lies… you never know when you may need that help too"
