On October 2nd myself and 10 other incredible women, will attempt a trek through the Lantang Valley in Nepal, culminating in reaching Yala Peak summit at 5400m.

For someone that finds walking the dogs more than enough cardio activity, I am completley out of my comfort zone. However as a lot of you may know, myself and a couple of wonderful women have recently launched a fanatstic new community project (soon to be of charitable status) supporting single parent families in finacial hardship and living in poor housing conditions. We provide children's room makeovers empowering single parents to provide the quality of life they strive for their children. For children these makeovers increase their sense of safety, self-esteem and wellbeing.

We have been gifted so many incredible donations of furniture, furnishings, volunteers and support but we desperatly need to continue to raise funds for this amazing cause. We source many donations from brands and individuals but also need help to provide basic items for these families. Please, please, please would you think about sponsering me on this epic climb knowing that your money will be going directly to our amazing project and more importantly directly to funding a bed, a rug, a lamp, a desk and hope for these children.
