Story

A trust fund for a young future.

Lee was a former firefighter and barber in his home town of Wareham. His young life was full of family, friends, customers and his work family, Billy and Fin.

Before his sudden death at the age of 29, Lee's life was dedicated to barbering, not only from behind the chair but in front of it. Lee educated hundreds of young apprentices through the Great British Academy and Mike Taylor Education, enabling them to progress into the world of barbering. All his students adored him and he became well known in the industry. From 2016 to 2022, Lee won multiple awards throughout the British Barbers Association, British Master Barbers, The Barber Awards and appeared on stage in London, Scotland and Ireland as an educator.

A pinnacle of his career was opening his own barber shop in 2019. Bond's of Wareham became Lee's pride and joy. A place where people could come and share their stories, worries and troubles. His love stretched far and wide and he would always be there with a cheeky smile and a wave.

Now is our time to give back just a little of what Lee has given all of us. In memory of the love we all hold for him, a trust fund has been set up in support of his young daughter Remi.

Every donation will go directly to his daughter, Remi.
