We will be raising awareness and funds for Breast Cancer UK and our dearest friend and work colleague, Alison Hill, who has been diagnosed with triple negative breast cancer, 10 years after she won her first battle with the disease. Sadly, Alison’s latest diagnoses is incurable and therefore she is going to have to endure endless amount of chemotherapy sessions in her second fight against this disease in order to prolong her life.

Members of LDJ Solicitors, where Alison has worked for a number of years, want to do something for Alison to support her through the difficult times ahead. Therefore, a team of 10 from the firm will be attempting the National Three Peaks Challenge on September 11th 2021. This challenge involves climbing the highest mountains in Scotland (Ben Nevis), England (Scafell Pike) and Wales (Snowdon) within 24 hours and, with none of the team attempting such a climb of this magnitude before, it is going to be a very tough but rewarding challenge for everybody involved in the event.

We understand your money is precious and there are numerous causes to donate to however we hope you will be able to spare something, whatever the amount, in support of us, this charity and a special lady who will need rest bite from her fight!
