Story
Lacey-Mae • 12.06.19 ~ 21.01.20
Lacey-Mae was brought into this world on the 12th of June 2019. She was born 6 weeks premature with a rare condition called CDH (congenital diaphragmatic hernia). At 2 days old, she had a life threatening surgery to reposition her organs into the correct place. In her short life, she battled many challenges including unknown viruses, Sepsis, Heart Failure, Chronic Lung Disease, Pulmonary Hypertension and multiple others.
Lacey-Mae was a bright and bubbly character. She always had a smile that would spread to everyone else. She was truly special to anyone who had the chance to meet her. I would like to raise money for her headstone, as this is quite costly and will take a long time to raise enough money for. Any donations would be greatly appreciated❤️
