Story
In September 2019, a new school King James Academy Royston, will open it's door to students from Y5-Y11 in an exciting new through school.
On Monday 22nd July the whole school will be walking 6 miles around Royston to raise money for our new school site.
We are raising funds to provide new outdoor equipment for pupils to enjoy fresh air and being active year-round, to encourage our pupils to get outside and be active all year long.
We would like to provide new outdoor seating areas and improve sporting facilities across the site, so pupils can utilise these at lunch and break times.

5 years agoWe have an additional £1400 in cash sponsorship received in school to the total here. Thank you to everyone who has contributed so far, if we can get the last sponsors in over the summer break, we will have a fantastic amount of money to be able to make improvements across the site for all year groups. Thank you so much for your support! We've had about 250 sponsors in so far, great work everyone.
