I'm doing my first ever sprint triathlon along with hundreds of other NW locals, as part of the Kensal Tri Team. I'll be raising money for QPG Community and Sports Hub, based on Kilburn Lane, a non-profit community organisation providing free activities and classes for local children.

They offer everything from football sessions to cookery clubs and homework help.

The triathlon is held at Blenheim Palace on 28 May, and consists of a 750m open water swim, 19.8km cycle and 5.4km run.
