I am a young 23 year old, suffering with complex multiple conditions. I am paralysed, tube fed and have uncontrolled seizures, jeuvenile arthritis etc.. I am trying to get nursing care to come and help me with my basic day to day care needs that unfortunately are currently being pretty much left and forgotten about because of lack of funding and NHS care. I have these life limiting conditions, and right now all I can physically do is stay in bed on the majority of days this is how it is. I want some sort of life. We already know it's shortened greatly, so whilst I'm still here, please help me live a life worth while or at least with the basic care I so desperatly need but also deserve
