I am running the Oxford Half Marathon on Sunday 9th October 2016 in memory of both my beautiful Grandmother who sadly left us on 3rd April 2015 and the beautiful Rupinder Singh, who left us on 5th September 2016.

I have chosen to raise money for The Tarver Unit at Churchill Hospital because that's where they spent the majority of their time during their last few years and I can't thank them enough for their wonderful work. The staff became like family, kept them smiling and strong throughout thier treatments.

Most people need three sessions of dialysis a week, with each session lasting around four hours. I hope to raise at least £1000 that I will give directly to the ward who will collectively decide on what they need the most, whether that be board games for the patients or a car for transporting patients to and from their homes.

This one is for those 5am starts, those 6pm bedtimes, those hidden coke bottles and those cream cakes that you loved!!!
