I have chose to raise money for this cause because there are so many people affected on a daily basis. People who you would never imagine, are struggling and battling with themselves.

Having seen how it can affect others, how it affects me. Has made me want to try and do more to help/discuss the subject.

A couple of incidents recently really showed just how hard it can be. No matter how strong some people are, everybody needs help in some way. Sometimes people are too brave to ask.

I hope that anything I can raise, no matter how big or small. Can somehow support mental health charities to continue their brilliant work. Offering a lifeline and helping hand to people in their times of need.

I will also be donating my hair to Little princess trust. Little Princess Trust is a charity that provides real hair wigs, free of charge, to children and young people who have lost their own hair through cancer treatment .
