Dear friends and family,

They say learning never stops.. and yet for too many it barely starts.

Across the world, millions of children and adolescents have no access to the vital information needed to make critical choices about their health and bodies, and many adults lack the basic knowledge that could save their lives or the lives of their loved ones.

This year, the KIC foundation, in its continuing mission of bettering health and education access, combines the two, and aims to raise upwards of £25,000 ($30,000) to deliver targeted interventions comprised of nutritional classes, first aid training and sexual health awareness to schools and marginalised communities in the state of Lagos and beyond.

In remembering our own good fortune, let us remember that we are blessed with the ability to pursue knowledge, as well as the opportunity to pass it on, and in doing so, lift others and create a better world for our friends, our families, and loved ones.
