KAGC is a local gymnastics club full of talented and hard working young gymnasts who train up to 14 hours over 4 days per week under the expert tuition of our experienced coaches. Our coaches are all volunteers who give up their time to train the gymnasts including giving up their weekends to travel and support our gymnasts at competitions and events. Week in week out our gymnasts show amazing displays of strength, flexibility, courage, trust and commitment with some dare devil moves to make anyone’s heart skip a beat!

To support the ongoing hard work and commitment some of our gymnasts, coaches and mad parents/caters are going to take part in the ZIP ACROSS THE CLYDE on the 23rd June 2019 it promises to be full of screams, tears, giggles and hopefully lots of money raised for the club!
