Story

100 KM run in 3 days!

It was Michael William Flay's , or as we know him , Dad or Grampy, wish that we donate to the Bristol Heart institute , a charity that meant a lot to him. Grampy was eternally grateful for the NHS as a whole, but especially the BHI , for the care they gave him when he needed it most. He had many tough battles with various illnesses and was the strongest man we knew to be with us as long as he was. We are a very lucky family to have had him as one of us.

His family will be running 100 KILOMETRES IN 3 DAYS, from Bristol to Weymouth. Each run will roughly be 33 Km or 20.5 miles , with a total of 100km over the 3 days. The run will finish in Weymouth Bay, one of his favourite places where he had many special memories.

The donations to Bristol and Weston Hospitals make a real difference to millions of lives. The charity go above and beyond to transform patients experiences and environments as we have seen first hand. They could not have been better for us as a family. Thank you for supporting our journey, we hope to raise as much money as possible for this special charity.
