The defenders on the frontline need your help more than ever. Most of them were teachers, architects, plumbers, students, miners. Men and women from all walks of life. Now they hold the line, huddled in trenches, constantly being shelled. They are defending their land, their home, their way of life.

I am providing everything they need to make their lives a little more bearable. This includes medical supplies such as trauma bandages and tourniquets that prevent bleed-out, enabling the wounded to be transferred to field hospitals alive. Without these specialist trauma bandages most wounded would not live for more than 20 minutes, and it can take two hours to get to a field hospital. So far I have taken over 3,000 such bandages and nearly 5,000 tourniquets. Please note the soldier below survived.

I also provide generators and lighting so the field hospitals can keep going when the power is cut. Below is a picture of Yulia. She left behind three children and volunteered to run a supply depot just 7 miles from the fighting. Here they distribute welfare supplies, food and medical equipment to the frontline. This is where I take supplies. Yulia risks her life every day. The sound of shelling and vibration wakes her up most nights. I asked her why is she is here with three children at home. She said to me. "These boys are defending my country. They are all heroes to me. They are my boys".
