Story

If I could swap places with his gorgeous little boy, to keep that huge smile across his face, I would in a heartbeat. Please support me in raising funds to support him and his family over the next coming months, and to give them something to look forward to towards the at the end of this horrific nightmare πŸ™πŸΌ

********
On the 15th October Kenny at the of 2 years old was diagnosed with Retinoblastoma, a rare childhood cancer in the eye, graded at D/E - the worst possible stage before the tumor grows out of the eye. The tumor is large and his retina has detached.

Usually at this stage the eyeball is removed and the child will undergo some chemotherapy. In Kenny's case his eyeball has a very small chance of been saved as he's still got a "healthy" fraction at the back of his eye - however the medicial invention level is upped.

Over the next few months between Newcastle and Birmingham Children's hospital, Kenny will a have tube fitted into his chest wall and he will undergo intense chemotherapy every 3-4 weeks, as well as chemotherapy injected into his eyeball. On success of this he will undergo an operation on his eye to reattach his retina, with a slight chance of some sight been restored.

Like all families that are faced with the cancer fight, it takes a massive toll on all aspects of life so I want to ease some of those stresses and give them something to look forward to once this battle is not as aggressive.

Thank you πŸ’™
