So i have decided to go on a little bike ride again this time cycling from sunny santander 🇪🇸Hopefully ending up in roscoff🇫🇷Im hoping to raise awareness & much needed funds for 2 amazing charities along the way!!Alzheimers Research uk do fantastic work trying to build awareness & raise funds to help research.I myself have lost family to Alzheimers It truly is a life changing disease.

N.A.B.D Is A Charity that gives support & Advice/help to motorcyclists that have a disability through accident, genetics or anything else!They provide grants to help with adaptations ect as well as advice on training & gaining licenses!!

I am hoping to have the trip done in 3 weeks but it is well over 1200km & im the other side of 50 & battling depression so who knows what can happen😂Any Money Kindly Donated will be split between the two charitys
