So now I'd like to introduce myself properly ...

Hi I'm Kelly and over the last 6 years I've done a heck of lot of deep diving into me, who am I and what is my purpose, basically trying to discover what i was plonked onto this planet to do.

Well I've finally got it :)

I want to spend the rest of my days spreading the message of happiness, friendship, kindness, love & unity. I've now decided to bring everything together under the umberella of my Community Focused (Not For Profit) Organisation HappyUHappyUs. Helping people feel happier individually through coaching, workshops and online groups (HappyU) and also community focused project that aim to spread kindness and also bring people together (HappyFriends/The Happy Bench Project/Kindness in Schools/The Yellow Van of Love).

Here my friends, is how I'm going to do it.......

1) I'm going to ensure that the friendship groups I've started in 2019 (HappyFriends Bradford/Kirklees and now Fife) continue to grow and thrive. I've very quickly realised how friendships groups of this nature are so important in today screen led society, often we don't need anything more to be little happier than to feel part of something special and be surrounded by friends who genuinely care. 2) I'm going to go into lots and lots more schools and teach kids about kindness using the assembly power point presentation video I've created and 7 Day Sunshine Kindness Challenge. (HappyUs)

3) Future Ideas ... Create kinder communities using new, original, exciting initiatives like.............The Youth Pub (supporting teanages), The SmileHi Club (working with businesses to spread kindess), Boomerang Bags (working with local Co-ops promoting kindness to our enviroment) and Club 60 - 100 Community Events. (helping the elderly feel less isolated). (HappyUs)

4) Creating exciting/original easy to adopt content on Youtube/Facebook/Twitter/Instagram and LinkedIn that I hope is going to make alot of people feel alot happier. I also host some facebook groups (Happy Souls/#SpreadLove/Spread A Little Sunshine Entertainment Group) that `I hope spread a lot of joy and happiness. ;) (HappyUHappyUs)

5) Continuing to grow my on line happiness workshop: HappyU - THE WORK. Giving people the inspiration, support and accountability they need to get unstuck and move forward in life. (HappyU)

6) Travel around the UK and beyond in my #YellowVanOfLove promoting The Happy Bench Project. Chat benches are nothing new but the idea with what we are doing is inviting people anywhere in the world to print off their own Happy Bench poster that we send them, and make a bench in their local community into a Happy Bench. 2021/22 projects also include my "LEAVE SOMETHING KIND FOR SOMEONE TO FIND" sunshine spreading idea. Encouraging people to leave acts of kindness on benches, door stops and all sorts of weird and wonderful places to spread the love. (HappyU)

7) I also run Day Retreats/Soul Kitchen nights, I do 1 2 1 coaching face to face and online and I'm also a Reiki Master Healer. (HappyUHappyUs)

8) Spread the message about Food Benches - as financially, things are becoming more and more difficult for many families, The Food Bench idea allows communities to support the families that need it. (HappyUHappyUs)

The one thing that makes me unique is that because I never want money to be a barrier and I believe everyone deserves to be happy no matter how much money they have - "Happiness 4 everyone" is my motto! With everything I do, you can "PAY WHAT YOU FEEL/PAY WHAT YOU CAN AFFORD" so ... your kind donations are what enables to to offer this promise to those that need it.

So, I will give my time, my heart, my energy and total commitment to this work, like i said, this is what I've been plonked on this planet to do! If you feel that you have benifited in some way and want to show your support financially then that would be amazing, If perhaps you've benifited and your not in a position to give anything monitarily, then that's cool, you can give back in other ways. Perhaps you have a skill or job that would help me along the path. Or, if not, you can simply give back for what you have received paying it forward with kindness.........towards me, your family, friends, a stranger, a group, an organisation, anything!l :)

So, with all that said, I would totally love it if you've decided that you would like to be involved and support. I've never done anything like this before, it feels totally crackers to be me but at the same time feels right. Some times in life you've just got to take a leap of faith........this is mine and I'm going all in! There's going to be ups and downs, lessons to be learn, but i'm hoping also lots and lots of magical moments that i will do my best to capture and share with you all every step along the way.
