I've raised £4500 to support the work of SENSE, LOWDOWN and INSPIRATION 107.8 FM. To raise money, I will be running in the 2022 London Marathon.

After an off air conversation about the trainers I was wearing and divulging that I once ran the Great North Run, I was unwittingly entered into the ballot for the 2022 London Marathon by radio station manager, Mark Dean. I last ran in the early 1990s. Since then, I have sought solace in the person I did the Great North Run with (who is now 86) and he is giving me training tips. This is going to be a huge physical and mental challenge for me so please give what you can to support my charities to continue their valuable works.
