I am running the AJ Bell Manchester 10k on Sunday 26th May!

For those of you that know me, I am not a runner so this is a real challenge for me!

I am running for the Charity Great Minds Bright Futures. They support orphans in Malawi & Uganda through a feeding programme as well as providing daily activities and learning. I visited Dowa school in Malawi last year and saw for myself the plight of these youngsters. I saw the joy on their faces when they were presented with new uniforms, shoes, soap, toothpaste and something as simple as a ball. Raising this money will allow the charity to continue donating these items as well as feeding, clothing them and ensuring they have everything they need to thrive such as Naomi who I'm pictured with who is one of the children supported by the charity.
