Katie Jane Hyde a much loved Mum, daughter, granddaughter, sister, niece, auntie and friend sadly passed away suddenly on the 27th December 2024 at the age of 27.

Myself and her dad are taking care of her beloved son Robbie and doing everything humanly possible to support Robbie with the loss of his mum . To honour Katie’s memory we need to raise at least £3,500 for Katiie’s funeral and any money left to go towards helping Robbie.

Katie, a fun ;loving, caring character. loved by many. Always putting others before herself.

Katie was born on the 22nd March 1997 and grew up in Spilsby, Lincolnshire. She attended Great Steeping primary and King Edward 6th Academy in the town and touched so many people’s life in such a short time. A fantastic mum and friend to many people in Spilsby, Lincolnshire.

It’s fair to say Robbie was Katie’s world and she would do anything for her little boy. We want to be able to give Katie the Fairwell she deserves. When I first met Katie it was clear to me she had lived an interesting life and that she had learned a lot along the way. We both used to go for Ice cream chats at East Keal, and take her to groups in Spilsby. We bonded over our own mental health struggles and anxiety. Even when she was struggling herself, she would always find time to support others, and took her role as a care assistant very seriously,. She was certainly a one off!!!
