Dear all I have been overwhelmed and blessed by the love and support and messages we have received from everyone who knew Kate. I would like to thank everyone from the bottom of my heart who has made a justgiving donation towards the cost of Kate’s Funeral. She was such special girl and she touched the hearts of so many people around the world. She will be truly missed by everyone.
