7 years agoLost 3lbs tonight so in two weeks have lost the weight that I put on over the last 4 weeks. I'm now 4lbs from target. I am soooooo very happy.

I worked with Alex on a NHS ward. Tragically Alex passed away from SADS on 29th march 2016 at just 23,. Please help prevent other young people dying needlessly by supporting his foundation set up in his memory.
