In February 2021 the Designer Travel team, family and friends of the business have pledged to walk 50,000,000 steps - roughly the equivalent of travelling around the world using a routing of flying London to Sydney, on to exotic Honolulu, a stop in vibrant New York and onto London.

We are all determined to shake off the excesses of Christmas and of lock-down and we are warming up getting fit and ready for a busy year ahead.

One of our team members, Susan Dearing, has been supporting her teenage son Aaron for the last twenty months as he battles with a cancer that has quite literally dumbfounded medics. Aaron has had more blood transfusions, operations, scans, chemo sessions than any human being should have to endure. The treatments haven't worked as yet but we are sure the medics will get there. Aaron's on-going treatment means many nights away from home leaving dad and younger brother Ryan to try and continue with home life in the most normal way possible. We thought it would be lovely to raise some money for the family to help them through the next few months and to show them all just how much we care and are wishing Aaron well.

During February we will take pictures of our "walking adventures" and we will share them on social media with the family.
