I am a 40 year old mother of 5 that's battling secondary triple negative breast cancer. I've had different chemotherapy that initially worked well to keep it at bay but since the last relapse nothing seems to be working.
I am currently taking Olaparib which was offered to me as a last treatment option but this doesn't seem to be working either. I now have advanced spread to my Lungs and lymph nodes in the centre of my chest and also multiple brain tumour's. without any further treatment my life expectancy is probably going to be 8 weeks maximum.
As the NHS cant offer me any further treatment I am desperate to try anything so I am trying to fundraise enough so I can get to Germany so I can have immunotherapy.
Immunotherapy isn't available as a treatment yet in the UK on my type of cancer as its still in the trial stages and I am not eligible to get on the trial due to the fact that I have spread to the brain.
As I have not got a lot of time left I am desperate to raise these funds so I can have this treatment which if works could give me extra precious time with my children.
My youngest children are just 7 and 9 and I am prepared to do anything to make sure I am around for them as long as I possibly can be.
