Our daughters train with Llanelli Gymnastics Club squad. They train 10 hours a week supported by a dedicated team of coaches. We are raising money to send a group of girls and their coaches on an amazing opportunity to train in a specialist training camp in Portugal.

To help make their dream a reality we are running the Cardiff half marathon on 7th October. This is a first for me. We will run dressed up in Llanelli pink for the cause...and Dai will wear a tutu!
