Tractor Tyre Flip. The 'Hat Trick!'

As this will be the third time we have set out to complete this event it was only apt it was named the 'Hat Trick!'

This year 'when' we reach our target we have pledged to donate anything else raised to Cancer research UK. So please help us support this much needed charity also.

On Sunday 25th August 2024 Members of the Kaizen Wirral Mindset CIC and Grit + Grace the 40+ Woman's Lifestyle Flip Initiative, Wirral Wellness teams will be setting out to flip tractor tyres along the promenade between Wallasey Town Hall and New Brighton. (2.2 miles, 3.5km.)

This year we intend to have at least three tyres being flipped. Including an all female team for the first time. As the platform has grown so has the number of people wanting to take part in the event!

They all have their own reasons for wanting to do this but the one that stands out the most is that they want to help promote mental health, fitness and wellbeing within the community.

The support shown each time we have taken this on has been overwhelming and is one of the many reasons we are doing this again!

We really hope that you, your family and friends can be there for us again. Come and walk with us while we flip the tyres towards Marine lake where those that fancy a bit of cold water therapy afterwards will be jumping in!

The Wirral has a tradition of coming together to help support its local community during events like this whilst helping raise awareness that your health is not always about your physical ability but also your mental health and wellbeing.

Kaizen Wirral Mindset CIC Wirral Wellness was created in 2019 and led by Darren Holmes has a mission to assist and educate as many people as possible with their journey to physical, emotional, stress less wellbeing, happiness via mental health awareness, cognitive behavioural therapy, Neuro linguistic programming, mindfulness and the Routes and Dimensions of wellness.
