Michelle Nicholson is aiming to raise monies to contribute towards legal funds to lodge an appeal. This is following an investigation carried out by Lewis Legal Miscarriage of Justice Investigations UK into the murder of her father, Keith Nicholson, carried out by David Smethurst in September 1993 and her wrongful arrest, charge and conviction as his accomplice.

There is a growing amount of evidence that proves that Michelle Nicholson was innocent and a victim of the Criminal Justice System at that time.

Monies raised are directly being contributed to legal funds to lodge an appeal.
