I've raised £1000 to Support our youth and Adult teams, with their kits and equipment, and help towards the costs of all facilities.

This year I’ve decided to brave a London walk of the Thames Tow Path Walk from Putney - Barnes on Sunday April 2nd 2023 12pm - to try and raise some funds for our club. I picked this day as it’s Worlds Autism Awareness Day which means a lot to me and my family. As you’re all aware I suffer from secondary Lymphoedema Bilateral from my Cervical Cancer Surgery and tretament where i was stage 2b. I now have the start of Emphysema . Walking is a major struggle for me , but I’m determined to complete this Quest of Length - 4.0 miles / 6.5 km
The Time it should take me is -
2 hours 0 minutes But with my health it may take longer but I’m willing to give it a go. Photos will be taken on route i will be wearing my clubs football club Shirt.
Whether you think I’m mad, crazy or just plain stupid, I’m always up for a challenge!!
We are not a big club and we are non profit . So we need all the help we can get.
The money raised from my personal event will help go towards supporting our youth and Adult teams, with their kits and equipment, and help towards the costs of all facilities.
It will also will help i hope towards our Free Football for Youth Project for next season which helps vulnerable families. It’s so important to me to keep them all playing the sport they love!
Every donation is very much appreciated!
Thank you in advance
