My Dad passed away so very suddenly after having a massive heart attack on 16th April. No warning, totally unexpected and I miss him dearly. I never knew what a broken heart felt like and I struggle to comprehend just what I will do without my wee Daddy! Dad tirelessly raised money for charities and always asked me to join him on his abseiling adventures. I always said no due to being anxious about actually being able to do it. He had started to organise this abseil before he died and I wish he knew that I was going to do it. So, in his memory, I am going to abseil down the side of The Europa Hotel on Father's Day! The money raised will go to Make a Wish and another small personal charity close to my heart.
