The annual Jilly Pearson Memorial Lecture is an event run by CUVZS since 2021 in honour of the late Jilly Pearson MRCVS. Jilly was an inspiration to many generations of Cambridge Vet Students. Not only did she support so many of us through the trials and tribulations of pre-clinical veterinary medicine at Cambridge, she was an outstanding lecturer, endlessly entertaining and she inspired many students to pursue careers in exotic animal medicine. She was also a brilliant veterinary surgeon, much loved by clients and colleagues.

The JPML is intended to continue Jilly's legacy, by inviting prominent figures in exotic animal medicine to share their experiences and life advice, just as Jilly so generously shared her own experiences and advice for so many years.
