We, Nia and Tina, will cycle from Bangor, North Wales to Cardiff, South Wales from June 3rd -9th. In order to raise disability awareness and changing attitudes, we will also be stopping at 4 different locations on the way down to deliver workshop.

Tina has a neurological condition called Friedreich's Ataxia, and uses a wheelchair as a tool for her independence. They will cycle on a hase pino adapted tandem.

We have decided to share the fund raised between three charities close to Tina's heart, who contribute to hers and disabled people's wellbeing. They all enable disabled people to enjoy the freedom and thrill of adventure sports.

Ski4All Wales - Charity that runs skiing sessions for disabled people people, weekly, at Ski Pembrey

Tonic Surf - Charity that runs daily sessions for groups or one to one adapted surfing, in Pembrokeshire.

Access Adventures - A charity that runs various different adventure sports camp. Tina loves the adapted water ski camp, annually.
