Story
Dave McLaughlan sadly and unexpectedly passed away on Friday 14th April 2017 (aged 36).
Dave helped Paul Andrews run the Swinton Tigers Under 14's.
In Paul's words -
"Dave was a coach for Swinton Tigers for 5 years. Dave immersed himself in the team with the aim of improving children's lives through the sport that he loved.
The players loved his fun loving attitude and he loved showing off his football skills in training.
Dave's unexpected and premature death will be a big loss to the team he coached, the club but clearly a bigger loss to his family and 3 children who he dearly loved Callum 14, Kaitlin 11and his youngest son Carter aged only 6 months.
There will be numerous fundraising activities happening in the coming weeks and months and we would like to centralise all donations to this one site.
