Thank you everyone. The pledge site has now closed and we managed to raise £1500. I just need to do the walk now. We have doubled this amount and sent £3000 to the school committee managing the project for us. This is what they urgently need to progress the build to be ready for the October launch. We will need to do this all over again to get the resources we need so the International running / cycling and walking events in October should do this. Once I have lived through my long walk well put our energies into organising this. Thanks as well for those of you who are coming out with us for the launch. We have quite a group coming.
