My wonderful Dad and husband of Anita, passed away on the 11th April 2018 of terminal lung cancer. He spent the last 3 weeks of his life at The Duchess of Kent hospice in Reading, where an absolutely amazing team of Dr's and Nurses looked after him.

Nothing was too much trouble for them and they provided, not only nursing care and support for my Dad, but also so much support for myself and my Mum at a very difficult time.

We know and appreciate how lucky Dad was to spend the last weeks of his life at this wonderful place and now want to thank them by raising funds for them as we do the Forget-Me-Not Walk in his memory.
