Story

In honour of Jo Hawes and all she contributed to the industry, we are raising funds in her memory to donate to education and training for young people within the arts.
Tom Nugent, Sarah Gilasbey, Samantha Henderson, Laura Bangay, Toby Murray and Jo Parsons have all come together to create a night of musicals to celebrate the life and career of jo Hawes.
Jo created opportunities and opened doors for so many young performers in the theatre industry and supported them through into adulthood where many have now gone onto enjoy successful careers in the Arts.
Chaperones from all over the country have worked with Jo over the years and have relied on her for her wisdom and support.
We wanted to say thank you, to Jo, for everything she did for us. so we have pulled together over 40 cast members who Jo cast as children and are now grown up and want to share their stories and memories with you all.
our goal is to raise enough money to contribute towards a scholarship at Sylvia Youngs school. A school Jo worked with for many a year and a school jo was passionate about. If we cant reach that goal we will donate the money in Jos name to the school to fund any resources or equipment they may require.
