Following the tragic loss of Guillaume Hoareau, known affectionately to all of us at the Jersey Basketball Association simply as G, we are creating a legacy fund to remember and celebrate his life.

This legacy will focus on the growth of basketball in Jersey, supporting talented young people in developing their basketball, and continue to build on the work G did to establish strong partnerships with basketball clubs in the Channel Islands and other regions.

As a first step, we are planning to renovate one of Jersey’s outdoor courts to create an exciting space for young people to gather and play - including a memorial to G.
