Story
Donations in memory of Jean received on behalf of Billericay and District Parkinson’s Group and St Luke’s Hospice.
The family would like to express their heartfelt thanks to all relatives, friends and neighbours for the cards of condolence, words of comfort, kind support and sympathy shown to them during their recent sad time.
Jean asked for any donations to be shared between St Luke’s Hospice in Basildon who provided support for her after her cancer diagnosis and the Billericay and District branch of Parkinson’s UK, who gave her ongoing friendship and support after her Parkinson’s diagnosis.

The few years that we new Jean we found her to be friendly and very talented. Will miss spending afternoons with her at our craft group and will think of her when we start to meet again.

I'll never forget how supportive Jean was to my elderly mother who was her next door neighbour. She would call in every day to have a chat and make sure she was okay which was a great comfort to me.

Jean was always a caring and giving person that believed in helping young people, I was once one of them and she helped me progress in life and I will forever be grateful for her belief in me.
