After watching the undeserved suffering of the people of Ukraine, and constantly saying 'if only there was something we could do to help', we eventually realised that there was. After speaking to many people, it gradually became clearer that one of their greatest needs was for the urgent delivery of 4x4s and ambulances to help ensure Ukraine win this war. Unless they do, the prospects for real peace look bleak given the atrocities and war crimes that are being committed by Russia.

We have helped in the purchase of such vehicles through 'Pickups For Peace' (P4P), and are now fundraising to help pay for the delivery of those vehicles (packed with humanitarian supplies) to the Ukrainian border.

My shape and general level of unfitness is testament to the fact that I am no marathon runner (nor will I ever be!), running and raising money for a worthy cause. Instead I would like this to become my 'worthy cause' and am endeavouring to raise whatever we can towards the delivery of P4P vehicles to Ukraine.
