Story
On May 22nd this year I will be running the 10k Great Manchester Run in support of Makants Greyhound Rescue.
Makants Greyhound Rescue is a wonderful charity rescuing and rehoming ex racing greyhounds.
The charity is able to do it's amazing work through the efforts of volunteers, and it relays on donations for it's funding. This lovely local charity has given a safe haven and allowed over 500 rescued greyhounds to find their forever home.
I am very grateful for the support on this cause, thank you very much!

I’m humbled & overwhelmed by the amazing generosity of everyone who has donated to help the amazing Makants Greyhound Rescue NW 🙏🙌 The fundraise will be open for another week or so, any stragglers can stil help the doggos in need 🙏

3 years agoOur sweet boy King, who sadly passed away early this year. He was rescued by Makants, where we adopted him from. This wonderful charity gives countless hounds like King a chance at a pet's life, after sometimes years of neglect or abuse.
