Story
UPDATE
We did it! Philippa went all the way to Maughold and finished in 216th place and Jane finished in 97th place.
Also, Jane was a member of the Department for Enterprise team who won the Corporate Challenge. The winnings provide an additional £500 for the charity. Members of the team did the most miles in the shortest time and included Laura Gill who finished in 159th place and Matthew Gardner and Juan Bellando who both walked all the way to Andreas.
We have increased the target to £2000 to reflect these achievements.

Philippa Claire Byrne has been training hard and is planning to do the Parish walk once and finish it after the devastating loss of her incredible friend Lynsey Skelly Martin.
This year Jane is walking in memory of her Uncle John Critchley who sadly passed away in 2021 and in honour of Lynsey Martin who sadly passed away in 2020.
Money raised will be spent on awareness raising and on physical rehabilitation for those with autoimmune arthritis. The work of the charity includes supporting access to yoga, pilates, swimming, aquafit, tai chi, gym work, strength work, climbing and more.
