I've raised £201 to go towards funding for One Recovery Bury

A couple of months ago I decided to run the Manchester Marathon for no bloody good reason, then I realised I do have a bloody good reason; drug addicts.
For the past few years I've been involved with group work at One Recovery Bury and I've seen how much the groups can benefit people. The people I've met have mostly been intelligent, funny, self aware and desperate to get their lives on track - which goes against how a lot of us view people with this problem.
For anyone who has ever known or loved someone with substance misuse issues, you'll know these 2 things: 1. they're a right nuisance. 2. they need help. Many people choose to use drugs, and many people choose to use that drinkable drug called alcohol. No one chooses addiction.
Helping the people affected by addiction doesn't only help them; it helps their families, their friends and society as a whole by getting them back into the world. One Recovery Bury is just one branch of one charity which helps people achieve this.
Any amount donated will be massively appreciated.
If we only raise £3. That's 80 Yorkshire Tea bags.
Thank you.
