Story
My name is James, and I'm a regular volunteer at Bacchus Residents Rescue. I see first hand the hard work the team puts in behind the scenes. In 2023, Bacchus Residents Rescue rehomed over 200 animals. This year, I'm hoping to help fundraise towards rehabilitation of numerous residents. I'm hoping to run Manchester Marathon on the 14th of April.
Whilst I'm getting ready, I am hoping to dedicate each training session to a different animal in rescue. I'll post regular updates, so you can see who I'm supporting, and how I'm getting on.
Your support will go into helping so many different animals, and I'm hugely appreciative of any donations.

9 months agoToday's 10 mile training run is for Yannis. Yannis arrived at the rescue after being found as a stray. Sadly, he went unclaimed. Bacchus Residents have seen a huge increase in the number of strays in recent years. Luckily for Yannis, he has a bright future ahead of him.

10 months agoThis week's training run is for Mocha, Frappe and Macchiato they are 3 female rats who arrived at the Bacchus Residents Rescue as part of an accidental litter. Many of their litter mates have been adopted, but these girls are still searching for their forever home. They're very curious, bubbly rats who deserve their happy ending. Thank you everyone for your donations 😊
