Peopleeee, just over a year ago a lot of you know that my dad nearly left us after a very long time in hospital, to this day he still has appointments at the hospital regularly to make sure his heart is working properly! To show our thanks to the hospital and especially the ward he was on that saved his life me and Geoff Wallbank are running the reebok spartan race on the 1st October, we are trying to raise as much as possible to give to this amazing ward at the conquest! Trust me when I say " you never know if someone close to you might suddenly need it!" If you can't donate then that's absolutely fine but we're just trying to get as many people to give a little bit, even as little as 20p all helps! If anyone wants to donate just pass the money on to me, geoff or my parents and we can fill out your name on the sponsor form or just pop round the house :)
