I've raised £2000 to contribute towards building a new groundsmen’s shed to safely store equipment and the mental health charity, Opening Up.
Organised by James Seward
Formby CC 1XI captain James Seward and new recruits Ryan Brown and Calum Turner will be doing a continuous 24 hour walk around Formby CC to raise £2000 for the club. This is in order to build a new groundsmen’s shed that stores vital ground equipment used year-round. The old shed is beyond repair and is inappropriate for storing machinery. They will be also raising money for Opening Up, a local mental health charity, whose aim is to promote mental well-being and suicide prevention through Cricket.
