Story
People hate talking about mental health. But serving in the armed forces can leave veterans with all kinds of problems which affect their families, and wider society.
People love talking about Jaffa Cakes, though. If you can spare a minute to see how many Jaffa Cakes you can eat in 60 seconds, then perhaps you can spare another minute to make a donation to a good cause that will help veterans with service-related trauma.
We can all raise awareness of the issues by taking part in the #JaffaCakeChallenge. The world record for eating them is 17 in a minute - can you beat that?

Rules:
1. Eat and finish one Jaffa Cake at a time
2. No liquids
Upload a video of your efforts to social media, make a donation, and nominate someone else to take on the challenge. Perhaps you want to race your grandad in a head-to-head; perhaps you will try to see how many cakes you can eat while standing on your head! It's up to you, but let's try to lighten the load, have some fun, raise awareness and funds at the same time.
And of course, it means we all get to eat some Jaffa Cakes.
All proceeds will be donated to a legal crowdfunder which aims to end decades of post-traumatic stress for troops who served in the Cold War, and whose medical records from that time are still shrouded by official secrecy.
Veterans who served after 1990 have a legal right to access their personal files and pass them to civilian doctors for better diagnosis and treatment, but older soldiers cannot do the same, with devastating consequences.
