Jack got the unimaginable news that he had stage 4 brain cancer in April 2023. Despite a terrifying prognosis, Jack has been fighting hard. He has defied the odds time and time again, and we need continued support to help him access treatment outside of the UK to prolong his life.

Jack is a loving partner to Charlotte, an incredible daddy to his little boy Hudson, a son, a best friend, a brother, a dedicated police officer and an all round incredible human. He is fighting so hard, and his best bet lies in treatments that are not available on the NHS. The illness and financial pressures taken on Jack and those closest to him are just indescribable. We know that so many of you have followed Jack's journey and we are absolutely blown away by the kindness, generosity and good wishes of everyone along the way.

We know times are tough but we hope that wherever possible, people will be touched by Jack's story and help him spend as much time as possible with his precious family and his little boy - his greatest joy.

We are asking for donations to help get Jack back to Germany for further treatment - this is incredibly expensive but the last round shrunk his tumour by 50%. We are now at a stage where the tumour is progressing without this treatment and Jack is having valuable time stolen by this cruel illness.
