To provide a heart defibrilator for the CrossFit Iron Duke’s community of people for the case of a cardiac emergency. They vary from your super fit 18 yr olds to not so fit 50, 60-70 and 80 year olds. Having that piece of mind knowing it is there just in case the unforeseen happens!

I started at Crossfit Iron Duke two years ago a lazy considerably over weight almost fifty year old and they have changed my body and mind to a now healthy and fit fifty year old! I have already done the 15000 ft sky dive now I’d like to raise the money to enable this purchase ,especially as I know there are already a couple of members with known heart conditions.

If it wasn’t for CrossFit Iron Duke I would never have been able to do my sky dive and I really want to repay the whole community for this.
