On Thursday 31st October at 16:00pm I will set off on a 4 mile run. I will then continue to do this every FOUR Hours, for FORTY EIGHT Hours in the style of the famous David Goggin's, the American retired United States Navy SEAL. In total there will be 12, 4 mile run's/jog's and walk's until Saturday Afternoon on 02nd November.

As well as a personal challenge on little training or preparation, More importantly I'm hopeful of your support to help raise some funds for the Junior Black Reds and in particular, a new kit for the newly formed U13 side.

Everyone is aware of my association with Aspatria RUFC, But this all started as a 6 year old and in the JBR'S where friends for life were made.

So with your help, I'm hopeful of giving a little something back to those just starting out in the sport.
