The lack of pay and increased workload not helped by the current situation.
Our NHS and key workers deserve better like many have said "action not claps' so let's start taking action by firstly providing hand creams for staff this is not currently provided for staff and the excessive use of sanitiser throughout the day is causing extremely sore hands so let's take it a step at a time.
Providing basic hand creams, treats for staff to eat within the little break times they have and any other basic items anything we can do as the public to make their shifts even just a tiny bit easier ❤️
